Shelly’s Smart Shopper is a community-based publisher. We support various charity and community organizations and events throughout the year in all of our publishing areas. Our “Commitment to Community” also extends into business-based organizations such as local chambers of commerce. Through our chambers of commerce memberships, we are helping to promote and attract business to each community we operate in.
